Aesthetic Style: Japandi
Place: St george
This Japandi (Japanse and Scandinavian hybrid) style flat in St George features a open space and kitchen. The open living room provides a sense of interaction, with no TV and traditional furniture. The homeowners opted for a small raised table facing the window view. The kitchen is split into a dry and wet kitchen installed with task lights.
We also built a platform bed in the master bedroom with extra storage underneath to conserve space. The colour palette is towards the Japandi touch, with predominantly apricot colours and light wooden brown being an accent colour to fit the MUJI Japanese aesthetic.
