The small space guide - Don't be afraid to bend the rules a bit by pairing larger furniture with a darker colour scheme. This monochrome 3-room HDB flat consolidates these features to create negative space for our visuals.
The result might be out of your imagination, although space efficiency is the key to smaller apartments and the tiny house movement stated otherwise.
The kitchen wall was brought down to create a countertop and double up as a bar/dining area to maximise the interaction, and visual connectivity between the served (living area) and servant spaces (kitchen).
