Denise’s aesthetic sense did not let us down throughout our engagement, and each time we deferred to her for her opinion, she would respond promptly with helpful suggestions. She was never pushy with her views, and was able to understand our objectives as if they were her own.

Denise also constantly kept us updated on the progress of the renovation works, and was open and transparent about any delays or changes to the timeline. She was very responsive and helped to resolve issues swiftly, even after the handover. Because of this, we felt confident entrusting Denise with decisions.

Before working with Denise, my wife and I were wary and concerned as many of our friends had bad experiences with their IDs. I am grateful that we met Denise, as our journey with her has been enjoyable, and we did not encounter any major issues while working with her.

No journey is perfect, but Denise was able to help us sort through any unexpected situations with calmness and professionalism.

Minhui and Denise were our IDs and they did an amazing job to make the house truly a home for us. They were professional and prompt in the entire journey with us, and even completed the project before time. What particularly impressed us was that they were well able to put our thoughts into visuals and often initiated ideas that fit in perfectly to the concept that we wanted.

Being a couple that doesn’t have creativity, Aloysius provides us with the much needed aesthetic and functional designs that suits our needs. Besides that, Aloysius is accommodating as we continue to fine tune the designs with him and he doesn’t complain even as we go back and forth many times.

Aloysius has a good attitude and is very responsive whenever we have questions on the renovation. He was able to work within the budget to deliver everything that we needed for the house.

Timeline wise it was acceptable, considering the covid situation, some delays were inevitable. Overall, we are very pleased with how our renovation turned out. Good quality materials and workmanship, and all the staff in Arche were very friendly.

As first time home owners, we are thankful to have Joe on board with us to guide us through the entire design and renovation process. It was a smooth and relaxing journey that didn’t even require us to go down to the house or do anything throughout the entire period.

I decided to engage Arche because of the good reviews on Qanvast, Arche’s publicly accessible portfolio (website, Instagram) showcasing works that are aligned with what I wanted, and the positive vibes of the assigned ID – Aloysius.

Any renovation (in general) will encounter kinks and setbacks but the instantaneous responses, the professionalism and the optimism of the ID made the experience better and I appreciated it.

I wanted a minimalist design and it was great that Arche’s team understood that, offering various solutions and workarounds along the way to help materialise the vision.

We were recommended to Arche by a friend. The meeting with Edward and Min Hui gave us good vibes as they were attentive and understand what we wanted for our renovation.

Min Hui was pivotal in generating designs for our unit which we liked very much.

During the renovation period, Min Hui was also prompt, patient and assisted us in our shopping for furniture and accessories to complement his designs. He also gave us timely updates on the progress of the installation, potential issues and the solutions to them.

We are overall satisfied with the outcome, as the renovation was generally fuss-free for us. Although our renovation period was hit by the MCO and Circuit Breaker, Arche professionally handled the situation and ensured that we moved in smoothly at the situated deadline.

We highly recommend Arche, gave them a call and let Min Hui surprise you with his designs.

As new first time home owners, there were a lot we don’t know but the Joe and Edward guided us throughout and gave helpful rational advice / POVs whenever. Their partners + suppliers workmanship is great, and pays attention to details.

Things that were missed out; or defects, were quickly addressed and rectified. Even with Covid and borders restrictions, our home was done and delivered on time.

Overall, we are very thankful and pleased with the Arche team. They were warm, helpful and responsible partners that made our new home renovation journey a breeze!

I was looking for an interior designer and I was introduced to Aloysius by a close friend.

The entire renovation journey was really pleasant, Aloysius was professional in solving any issues promptly that came up during the renovation, also updating me constantly so I’m aware of what works was ongoing at each stage.

He was very detailed and gave me advice on certain areas that I’ve not considered, and that gave me a sense of security as well during the entire process. Things moved really quickly due to his project coordination, so we settled in quite comfortably. I’d defintely recommend Aloysius and Arche Interior to my friends and family!

We were very pleased to have engaged Min Hui and Edward to steer our renovation journey. After the initial consultation, Edward provided his experience and strong support behind the scenes, while Min Hui fronted most of our queries and design requests. We were touched to see Min Hui working tirelessly on our home as a labour of love, and we could tell he was really putting in his 100%. Together, they made a great team. All of our concerns and questions were addressed in a timely manner, and we came to be assured that we could trust them both.

Edward came highly recommended by a colleague. She had alot of good things to say – responsive, attention to details, good design sense. We saw her place and we knew we had to meet him. Edward was easy to connect with, and he understood our fear and preferences.

And boy, we have quite specific preferences on design, must haves, requirements, as we already went through it once. We knew what we wanted and what we didnt. We did meet up with a few other IDs, but the decision to engage Edward in the end was an easy one.

The renovation journey was generally a smooth sailing one (complete opp from our first experience), and even when there were hiccups (and I don’t think it’s realistic to expect zero hiccups), Edward and Minhui were always accommodating and fast to help solve the issues. We are super happy with the end result as we now have a practical and beautiful place to call our forever home. Can’t thank the both of them enough!

After speaking to over 5 interior designers to help with the renovation of my first apartment, I went with Edward for his quick responses, diligence and attention to detail. Clearly a busy man, he still made sure to respond to texts and met with me when I required additional clarification or revisions. Edward struck us as someone who is open and frank the first time we discussed our plans with him. He understood what we wanted and provided suggestions that were suitable for our needs while keeping to our budget. There were certain particularities that we were seeking for and he went all the way out to accommodate our request.

We appreciated the frequent updates and sharing of videos on the renovation progress. I would also like to commend the engineers working with Edward for developing a solution to our peculiar request on the folding partition doors. Whereas in other areas, the carpenters did a very good job and made certain that any misalignments were fixed before handover.

We cannot recommend Edward highly enough for his responsibility and efforts in making sure we were handed a home which is renovated to exactly how we envisioned (We already recommended him to our friend!).
